COMMUNICATION – Leadership and communication are one and the same. It's important to execute EVERY DAY, consistent, reliable, predictable, effective, thoughtful, compassionate and courteous communication. It is critical for all team members to cultivate respect, leadership and dignity among the team as well as ALL those we meet and interact with.
TEAM SUPPORT – Stay on the ASGT path to success. Follow the Team System. Do not migrate away from or deviate from the ASGT team system. These actions can lead to distractions and dilute INDIVIDUAL as well as TEAM success.
TRANSPARENCY – Honesty, and forthright directness combined with thoughtful, compassionate, and courteous communication helps keep everyone on the same page and aware of expectations. This includes those we meet and interact with outside the team. Team founders and leaders have your success in mind. If team members don't agree with or understand the training and Team System, they should ask the founders and/or their team leader for clarification.
