Who We Are

We are a team of people that have all experienced the various direct selling industry ups and downs. The start up companies that did not make it, the older companies that offer "security" but have lost the vision that made them great, companies that have stayed around but have undergone internal changes that slowed growth etc., and even some "money" games. In other words, we are all seasoned veterans! Been there, done that!

We all have different backgrounds but share a common knowledge. This industry is the only way to really ever experience true financial freedom.  Plus, we also know what to look for when analyzing a company for us to feel as though we found a "home" in the industry! ("HOME" means security)  As a group we know we have found it in SISEL International.

No matter what the personality type, the driving force inside of you, the insecurities and fears of the unknown, that may have held you back or hampered your success ... We have experienced it and have conquered it! So what we are offering is the solidity of a team, the training and support needed to accomplish what you personally are needing and wanting!

INTRODUCTION

COMMUNICATION  – Leadership and communication are one and the same. It's important to execute EVERY DAY, consistent, reliable, predictable, effective, thoughtful, compassionate and courteous communication. It is critical for all team members to cultivate respect, leadership and dignity among the team as well as ALL those we meet and interact with.

TEAM SUPPORT  – Stay on the ASGT path to success. Follow the Team System. Do not migrate away from or deviate from the ASGT team system. These actions can lead to distractions and dilute INDIVIDUAL as well as TEAM success.

TRANSPARENCY  – Honesty, and forthright directness combined with thoughtful, compassionate, and courteous communication helps keep everyone on the same page and aware of expectations. This includes those we meet and interact with outside the team. Team founders and leaders have your success in mind. If team members don't agree with or understand the training and Team System, they should ask the founders and/or their team leader for clarification.

EQUALITY  – We all have access to the same information and leadership. Plug into ASGT and plug into the Team Resources:
